Wondering where to start?
We recommend starting at Level 1, and working your way up to Level 3. Here is a breakdown of all 3 Pop 'N Go Levels:
- Level 1 - 20lbs of resistance (Blue or Pink)
- Level 2 - 30lbs of resistance (Green Mint)
- Level 3 - 40lbs of resistance (Green)
Each Level provides an increase in resistance to your bite, so you can keep making progress until you've reached your goal. Once you reach your goal, make sure to do a few maintenance sessions a week so that you don't lose your progress.

If you're just starting out we recommend the beginner (20 lbs resistance). As you progress, work your way up to the advanced level (40 lbs resistance)
